• All major credit cards, local checks, and cash are accepted as payment for services.
  • If for any reason a guest is not satisfied with their haircut and/or color service, the guest has 10 days from the original date to come back for a an adjustment at no additional charge.
  • Please plan accordingly for busy weekend and summer time traffic! Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled if notified within 72 hours of scheduled appointment at no charge. If arriving over 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment around other clients schedules.
  • We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 72 hours.
